Vide above referred Board’s letter it has been decided to hold the 34^th Telecom Standards Committee Meeting on 15^th & 16^th February,2007 at DRM’s Conference Hall, Bangalore.

The meeting will commence at 10.30 A.M. on 15^th February, 2007 & at 09.00 A.M. on 16^th February,2007. This has also been communicated to you vide this office letter referred above. The agenda items for the TCSC meeting circulated vide this office letter of even number dated 21.12.2006 have been slightly revised. The revised agenda is enclosed herewith as Annexure ‘A’. The agenda items have also been posted on hyperlink “34^th TCSC” on RDSO website www.rdso.railnet.gov.in (10.100.2.19) and www.rdso.gov.in.

You are requested to kindly send your comments/suggestions on agenda items latest by 2^nd February,2007 to enable inclusion of these into the agenda of 34^th TCSC meeting. If no comments/suggestions are received by this office till 2^nd February.2007 it will be presumed that there is no comment /suggestion from concerned Railway.
